Spa
Yes. You can make reservations for wellness access as well as for treatment rooms.
Our Spa access includes the following facilities: a hammam, a sauna, a sensory shower, a hot whirlpool basin, a cold basin at 13°C and a herbal tea lounge. Access is reserved in 2-hour slots with the option to add one extra hour.
The minimum age to access the Spa and receive treatments is 16 years old. For minors aged 16 and 17, a parental consent form must be signed on the day of the appointment.
You must bring your swimwear. For men, swim shorts are not allowed: the swimsuit must be a fitted boxer-style or swim brief. You must also bring a clean pair of flip-flops to access the wet area. We will provide towels for the Spa access and bathrobes for your treatments.
Yes, if you book a wellness access, the 2 hours must be consecutive. It is possible to add one extra hour.
No, our Spa access is not privatised; however, we limit capacity to a maximum of 12 people to guarantee your comfort and tranquillity. The Spa area can be privatised on request for group events such as hen parties or seminars. For this, you can send a request by email to the Hotel or directly to the Spa.
Yes, our Spa access is mixed-gender. The changing rooms, however, are not mixed-gender.
Yes, Spa access and treatments are chargeable for guests staying at the hotel. It is necessary to book before your arrival to ensure availability. Hotel guests benefit from preferential rates for Spa access and hydromassage bed sessions.
Yes, every treatment booking entitles you to 1 hour of free access to the wellness area. The complimentary hour of wellness area access must be taken consecutively with the booked treatment.
It is possible to receive a massage if you have one of these skin conditions as they are not contagious. In cases of warts, fungal infections or other contagious dermatoses, the affected areas must be covered to avoid contact and therefore contagion.
We invite you to seek advice from your doctor or specialist. If they do not identify any contraindication, you may book a treatment or Spa access while informing the Spa team of your health condition.
No, if you are pregnant, you can only enjoy part of the Spa access. The sauna, the hammam (with essential oils), the cold pool and the Canon jet in the hot pool (being too intense) are strongly advised against.
Regarding treatments, the Pregnancy Massage and Facial Treatments are specially designed for you. The massage can be performed between the 4th and 8th month of pregnancy. We strongly invite you to seek advice when making your appointment and to inform us of your pregnancy.
Yes, all our treatments can be done in a DUO cabin subject to availability, on simple request and at no extra charge. It is also possible to have different treatments while sharing a DUO cabin.
Yes, you can access the Spa before check-in and after check-out from the hotel. Please note that the hotel room must be returned without fail before 12:00 noon. We provide secure changing rooms at the Spa with key-lock lockers as well as showers with soap, shampoo and a hair dryer.
You have a 24-hour notice period to modify or cancel your Spa reservation (wellness access and/or treatment). For any cancellation or modification, please contact us by phone* or by email.
*An unanswered call on our part will not be taken into account for your treatment cancellation or modification. If we are unable to answer the phone, please send us an email.

Yes, L'Estellan has a private, free car park.
Our restaurant, L’Estellan in Gordes, is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 12.15 pm to 1.45 pm and from 7.15 pm to 9 pm. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The restaurant will be open exceptionally on Sundays or Mondays for public holidays.

Hotel
We heat the outdoor pool from May to September. The outdoor pool is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
Booking a room does not automatically grant access to the spa. You must contact our spa, a therapist will present you with the treatment menu and book your chosen services. If spa access or treatments are included in your stay, you must also contact our spa before your arrival to schedule your appointment with the therapist, taking into account your planned arrival/departure time. Otherwise, the spa cannot guarantee that the treatments will be available. Spa access and treatments are available at an additional cost.
Our rooms are usually ready from 3:00 PM. You can arrive earlier if you wish, but we cannot guarantee your room. You can stroll through our grounds, enjoy our heated outdoor pool (from May to September), relax on our terrace, or in our Lounge Bar, which is adjacent to the reception area.
Yes, we have a private, video-monitored, and free parking lot. No reservation is necessary.
If your stay includes dinner, you don't need to make a reservation. Your table will be automatically reserved. We will ask you to choose a dinner time upon your arrival. If you have booked a room only, or if dinner is not included in your stay, you must make a reservation at the restaurant. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee you a table. If you wish, Reception team can recommend other restaurants upon your arrival.
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Luggage storage is available.
We welcome non-guests to the spa, and therefore, we have separate men's and women's changing rooms. If your room is not ready, we invite you to leave your luggage in your car or at reception and come to the spa to change in order to have your reserved services, spa access, or treatments in the treatment rooms. You will leave your personal belongings in lockers. Towels, as well as all necessary products such as shower gel and shampoo, will be provided on site.

No, breakfast is optional and at an additional cost. It's a continental buffet served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Our hotel is accessible for people with reduced mobility. We have two rooms specifically designed for people with reduced mobility (PRM) available upon request.

No, Mas de la Senancole is approximately 4 km from the city center. A vehicle is necessary to get around. We do not provide a shuttle service.
Seminars
We have a high-speed fibre-optic internet connection and Wi-Fi. The entire property is covered, both indoors and outdoors.
Yes, the Mas de la Senancole is very easy to reach as we are situated close to major road, rail and air transport links:
- The Cavaillon motorway exit is 20 minutes away, we have free, secure parking
- The same applies to Avignon TGV station, which is 35 minutes away
- Marseille Marignane Airport is 60 minutes away
Yes, by informing the sales department by email : gordes@mas-de-la-senancole.com Please state in the email : the number of parcels to be delivered, their volume, the nature of the parcels, and the delivery date.
Each parcel sent must bear the company name, the recipient’s name and the date of the event. We store parcels in a locked room. You can collect them on arrival.
To ensure the peace and quiet of the venue and the individuals relaxing there, access to the Spa is by reservation only, at least 15 days before the group’s arrival, subject to availability (maximum 15 people) and during opening hours : 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. You also have the option of booking the space for private use. Seminars benefit from a preferential rate depending on the number of people booked.
In the run-up to the event, a dedicated project manager will be on hand to help you organise and prepare for your event. This same person will be constantly available to meet your needs and ensure everything runs smoothly. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and the project manager is at your service so that you can focus solely on your professional objectives.
Everything can be tailored to your needs and preferences, we have a restaurant available for private hire, a bar with a terrace, and a spa. Please feel free to discuss this with your project manager : meeting room layout and equipment, catering, pre-dinner drinks or cocktails, breaks or refreshments, evening entertainment, and team-building activities on-site or off-site.
